ASLMU kicked off the year with free food, giveaways and lots of fun activities.
Lions with Dreamers (9.6.2017)
Loyola Marymount University prides itself in being welcoming of all, and of supporting our students at the margins. We must come together and support DREAMers on and off-campus. On this day, students came together to stand in solidarity with those affected by the removal of DACA.
LMU's largest concert, hosted by ASLMU, began at 4:00pm on Sunken Gardens. Majid Jordan of OVO opened for our headliner, the Neighbourhood!
Silent Disco (10.6.2017)
Let's Boogie Down, Quietly.
ASLMU hosted its first annual Silent Disco! There was a live DJ, free food from food trucks, a make your own trail mix bar, giveaways, friends, and so much more! This was a loud (yet silent) immersive experience with a new way to engage with music! We had a wonderful time!
